We are looking for a well-presented and professional individual to manage front desk responsibilities and travel desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees while also coordinating all travel-related arrangements for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as required.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
Handle courier and mail (incoming/outgoing).
Maintain visitor and employee movement logs.
Travel Desk Duties:
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including flight, train, taxi bookings, and hotel reservations.
Coordinate with employees and travel agencies to ensure cost-effective and timely bookings.
Maintain records of travel requisitions and approvals.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and provide support for visa processing if needed.
Manage travel expense documentation and reconciliation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Prior experience in handling travel desk or coordination preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with corporate travel tools or booking platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Customer-service attitude with a proactive approach.
