Role summary

Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk while handling inbound and outbound calls to provide course information, schedule appointments, and support enrollments in a professional, service-oriented environment. Maintain a welcoming reception area, manage visitor flow, and ensure accurate call logs, databases, and daily reports for smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet visitors, manage inquiries, maintain visitor logs, and handle incoming mail and deliveries at the reception desk. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take clear messages and ensure timely follow-ups. Make outbound calls to prospects, explain programs and services, capture lead details, and follow up to drive counseling and enrollment. Schedule and confirm appointments with counselors, coordinate calendars, and ensure accurate booking details. Maintain call logs, update CRM/databases, prepare daily call and visitor reports, and support routine documentation. Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams for lead nurturing and next-step coordination. Provide courteous customer service across phone, in-person, and email interactions, resolving basic queries professionally. Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email drafting; uphold reception security and cleanliness standards

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 55 per week
