We are looking for a

Receptionist cum Telesales Executive

for our

real estate plot sales office

. The candidate will handle front desk activities and also make outbound calls to leads to convince customers to visit the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and walk-in customers at the site office Make outbound calls to property leads and explain plot details Convince customers to visit the project location Schedule and follow up on site visit appointments Maintain customer records and lead follow-ups Coordinate with sales team for site visit conversions Provide accurate information about plots, pricing, and offers Ensure excellent customer experience at front desk

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

1 year experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Telecalling

Strong communication skills in Marathi

(mandatory) Good Hindi and basic English preferred Experience in calling, lead handling, and customer follow-up Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality Ability to convince and persuade customers

Preferred Candidate Profile

Female candidates preferred Experience in

plot sales, land sales, or property telecalling
