We're looking for a friendly and results-driven Receptionist cum Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and generating sales leads through telemarketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
1. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
2. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers.
3. Maintain office records, files, and databases.
Tele Sales Executive:
1. Generate sales leads through telemarketing and cold calling.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction or building material Industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
4. Proven track record of sales success.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7.Should be fluent in Malayalam,English,Tamil,Hindi and Kannada
