Education: Bachelor Degree In Any Discipline
Experience: 2 to 5 years in front Desk, Reception,Telephone Operator will be given preference
Salary: 25,000 TO 30,000/- CTC PER MONTH (as per experience & interview)
Job description:
1) Attain phone calls and transfer accordingly.
2) Receive visitors/guest/outsider and guide them to the respective personnel as
required.
3) Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
4) Received all type of documents, deliver these properly and maintain records.
5) Check Telephone lines on regular basis to ensure smooth operations, raise
complain to relevant department for rectification.
6) Maintain complain book, contact with service provider and ensure proper
maintenance by taking signature after repair of the intercom line/set.
7) Keep note of all operating system of the PABX including the lock/unlock system.
8) Keep record of all telephone numbers and update intercom list.
9) Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
10) Any other activity assigned by the management time to time.
