Front Desk Management

:
Greeting visitors, maintaining a tidy reception area, and providing basic information.

Telephone Operations:


Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department.

Administrative Support:


Managing mail, messages, and office supplies, and performing other clerical duties as needed.

Customer Service:


Providing a positive and professional first impression for the organization.

Specific tasks might include

:
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the right person or office.
Answering and routing phone calls using a switchboard or multi-line phone system.
Taking messages and delivering them to the appropriate individuals.
Providing information about the company, its products, or services.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintaining records of calls and other relevant information.
Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable.
Managing office security by controlling access to the building.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
