We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller to handle front-office operations and telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for receiving clients, handling calls, and supporting basic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend walk-in clients professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Make calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
Explain basic product/service details over the phone.
Invite and follow up with leads to visit the office.
Show and explain products to clients when no salesperson is available.
Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up data.
Coordinate with the sales team and support daily office activities.
Manage reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Pleasant personality.
Salary:
30000 to 40000 rupees per month
