Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a professional environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain and update office contact lists and directories.
Telecaller Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients to promote products or services.
Answer inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer information, feedback, and call records.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings/appointments.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
Report customer feedback, complaints, and market trends to the management team.
