Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Handle and resolve patient queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and maintain accurate availability records.
2. Appointment Management
Coordinate and schedule appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and doctor availability.
3. Feedback Collection
Collect patient feedback to help improve the quality of healthcare services.
4. Health Insurance Guidance
Provide information and recommendations on suitable health insurance plans.
5. Diagnosis Assistance
Offer basic guidance to patients regarding diagnoses and treatments (non-clinical support).
Work Shifts
For Males:
10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
For Females:
Morning Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
General Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Qualifications
Minimum
12th Pass (Preferred)
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Strong
organizational abilities
Knowledge of
basic medical terminology
is a plus
Previous experience
in a similar role is preferred
