We are seeking a Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk operations and handle telecalling activities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients to inform them about products, services, or offers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain customer databases and update call records in the system.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in front office, telecalling, or customer service (freshers may apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Basic knowledge in tally preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure gracefully.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Working Hours:
9 AM to 6 PM
