We are looking for a polite, confident, and organized
Receptionist cum Tele caller
to manage front desk operations and handle inbound & outbound calls. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers and will support sales and customer coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned department
Tele calling Duties:
Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, feedback, and promotions
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Maintain call records and update customer data
Administrative Support:
Maintain registers, call logs, and basic documentation
Support management with basic reporting and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Kannada & English, Telugu, Tamil
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience
Freshers can apply
1-2 years of experience in receptionist or tele calling role preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
