Responsibilities



Greeting for Client and Guest

Perform basic duties including printing, sending emails & MIS Management.

Assist the Front Office team.

Help with inventory control.

Organise staff meetings and updating calendars.

Support management.

Previous work experience as a Back Office Executive.

Excellent organisational skills.

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

Ability to work as part of a team.

High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Back office / Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
