Handle front desk reception duties and client interactions.
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers.
Collect and manage customer data through online portals such as Google, IndiaMART, etc.
Distribute leads and information within the team for mortgage, business loans (BL), personal loans (PL), and other financial services.
Maintain records and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet research).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or data collection will be an advantage.
