Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks.
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients.
Handle inbound queries and follow up as necessary.
Explain products or services and address customer questions.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Provide support to the sales/marketing team by generating leads and scheduling meetings.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in communication or administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or telecaller is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Fluency in [English and/or local language(s)] is required.
