Receptionist cum Telecaller
to manage front-desk responsibilities and handle outbound/inbound calls effectively. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and route incoming calls promptly.
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs.
Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and documentation.
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain a record of conversations.
Update and maintain customer databases (CRM).
Assist in promotional campaigns, surveys, or feedback collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or any graduate degree.
Proven experience as a receptionist or telecaller is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
