Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle telecalling for client follow-ups, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain records of inquiries and calls in the system.
Assist the office team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide accurate information about company services to walk-in clients and callers.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience as Receptionist/Telecaller (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
