Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or registers
Follow up with leads and existing clients for sales closure
Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain front desk area and visitor records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasing personality and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience0-2 years experience in telesales, customer service, or receptionist role
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
