Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for enquiry follow-up, lead generation, appointment scheduling, etc.
Welcome and assist walk-in visitors professionally.
Maintain visitor records and call logs.
Share required information with customers and capture their queries accurately.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for lead updates.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure an organized reception environment.
Assist in basic administrative tasks like handling courier, documentation, and office coordination.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Punjabi if applicable).
Presentable, polite, and confident.
