Receptionist + Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and greet walk-in clients
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
Maintain proper records of inquiries and calls
Assist walk-in clients with basic details and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Graduate (Any stream)
Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Friendly and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
