We are looking for a young, energetic, and confident
Receptionist cum Telecaller
to manage front desk operations and handle telecalling responsibilities. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to manage clients professionally.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
Handle telecalling for inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
Schedule appointments and assist walk-in clients.
Provide basic information about services and direct queries to the right department.
Support the team with basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Age between 18 to 25 years.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi as required).
Pleasant personality with customer service attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & handling calls.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience)
