We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Receptionist cum Counsellor cum Telecaller to manage admission-related queries during the admission season and act as the face of the college for front-desk responsibilities during the off-season. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle both phone and in-person inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
During Admission Season:
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and emails.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission process, fee structure, and campus facilities.
- Maintain daily enquiry logs and follow-up records.
- Schedule campus visits, entrance tests, and counselling sessions.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and admission drives.
During Off-Season:
- Manage reception desk, greet visitors, and handle front-office queries.
- Address current students' queries or direct them to concerned departments.
- Maintain student walk-in records and visitor logbooks.
- Coordinate with the admin and academic departments for smooth front-office functioning.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field).
- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or front office roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills, polite and professional demeanor.
