Job Description

The Receptionist cum Telecaller is a vital member of our administrative team, responsible for managing a combination of reception tasks and telecommunication duties. The role requires high levels of organization, clear communication, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients and visitors courteously at the front desk. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company. Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area. Perform telecalling activities to support marketing and sales efforts. Maintain accurate records and update databases. Assist in various administrative tasks as needed. Communicate dispatch details to the customers.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional demeanor. Experience:

1-3 years.

Languages:

Tamil, English, Malayalam (Must),

Other languages are also preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
