Job Description

KRAs/ Key Deliverables

  • Providing office support services
  • Performing Telephone Operations.
  • Performing Clerical duties
  • Performing other related duties as required
Education, Knowledge, skill sets and Experience
  • Must be a graduate in any discipline with around 1-2 yrs of experience as a telephone operator or 3-5 years as Receptionist cum Secretary to Directors
Personality
  • Should have pleasing personality.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Good Listening skills
  • Possess stress management and time management skills.
Key accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization (As when Required)
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers on phone
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support including Travel Desk
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 912,500.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
