Your Role:

? Welcome & assist clients at reception

? Explain treatment packages & procedures

? Convert consultations into confirmed procedures/packages

? Manage calls, bookings & client follow-ups

We're Looking For:

? Excellent English communication (Malayalam/Hindi a plus)

? Sales/Customer service experience (clinic, spa, salon, wellness, hospitality)

? Confident, presentable & persuasive personality
