Job Description

responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate properties, generate leads, and book appointments for the sales team. This role involves providing accurate information about properties, answering client queries, and maintaining relationships with potential buyers or sellers.

Visitor and customer service

: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide general assistance.

Communication

: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Scheduling

: Manage calendars and book appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Administrative support

: Perform clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Front desk management

: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and manage security procedures like issuing visitor passes.

Office supply management

: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
