Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and mail.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
Assist in coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when required.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; coordinate with the administration team for replenishment.
Ensure adherence to office security procedures, protocols, and company policies.
Work Environment
Office-based role with regular working hours: 9.30am -6.00pm*. Daily interaction with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Professional and customer-facing role requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
