Greet and welcome visitors and candidates in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain a visitor log and manage meeting room schedules.
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through online databases, referrals, and job networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding new hires -- document collection, joining formalities, etc.
Administrative Assistance:
Support HR and Admin in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Assist with office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Handle travel bookings and guest arrangements when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality of information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, HR assistant, or recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and job portal usage.
Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
