Role Overview



We're looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive professional to manage the front desk and serve as Personal assistant to MD. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails, while also handling a range of personal and administrative tasks that keep the MD's day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Front?Desk & Guest Management:

- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and partners with a warm, professional demeanor.

- Manage the reception area, maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.

- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.

Calendar & Scheduling:

- Oversee the MD's calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, travel, and events, ensuring conflicts are avoided.

- Send reminders and prepare meeting agendas or briefing materials as needed.

Travel & Logistics:

- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport).

- Prepare travel itineraries, expense reports, and keep travel policies up to date.

Document & Correspondence Management:

- Draft, proofread, and distribute letters, emails, and memos on behalf of the MD.

- Maintain confidential files, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policy.

Project & Administrative Support:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as requested.

- Manage petty cash, expense reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Stakeholder Liaison:

- Act as a point of contact for senior executives, board members, and external partners.

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications



- Minimum 2?years as a receptionist or executive assistant, preferably in a senior?level support role.

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and strong interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calendars, and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and calendar management tools; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

- Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

- Polished appearance and a diplomatic, confidential approach to sensitive matters.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- Female candidates preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
