Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to support the CEO and manage front-desk operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the maturity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities: o Front Desk Management: o Welcome visitors and clients professionally. o Manage incoming calls and visitor logs. o Handle courier and parcel coordination. o Personal Assistant to CEO: o Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments. o Coordinate travel, documentation, and follow-ups. o Prepare reports, minutes, and presentations. o Maintain confidentiality in all communications. o Administrative & Office Support: o Prepare letters, documents, and presentations. o Assist internal teams as needed. o Maintain front-office and reception area.
Requirements: o Bachelor's degree preferred o 2-4 years of experience in Reception or PA roles
