Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
Manage filing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and coordination for founders.
Handle office inventory, stationery, supplies, and pantry items, and ensure timely replenishment.
Greet visitors, partners, and candidates professionally and make them feel welcome.
Serve water, tea/coffee, and snacks to guests and team members as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility service providers.
Support in basic logistics, receiving deliveries, courier arrangements, record keeping.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and prepared before discussions.
Assist with internal event setups and team requirements on a need basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years experience in office support, administration or hospitality.
Polite, well-spoken, punctual and trustworthy.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to take responsibility and work with minimal supervision.
Friendly, professional behavior and customer-first approach.
