Receptionist cum Office Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle inquiries and take messages.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, file, and organize documents, reports, and records.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Assist management and staff with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Perform basic bookkeeping support (if applicable), such as handling invoices or expense tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or office assistant (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
