Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Maintain visitor records and ensure visitor access compliance
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with daily office operations and general administrative tasks
Prepare, maintain, and organize files, documents, and reports
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Customer & Staff Coordination
Provide basic support to team members and management
Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
Assist in arranging office events, travel bookings, and clerical activities
Other Duties
Maintain cleanliness and order of reception area
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles
Excellent communication skills (English & local language)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential information
