The Receptionist/Administrator handles front-desk operations, administrative coordination, vendor management, and reporting to ensure smooth office functioning and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handles incoming calls, relays messages, and supplies information to callers.
Greets and announces visitors.
Coordinates transportation for employees and visitors.
Assigns duties to office boys and cleaners.
Manage Company related documents
Prepares the Monthly Attendance Report and Salary sheet.
Ensures optimal services and costs from third-party suppliers.
Manages inventory and stock control for grocery and stationery items.
Provides monthly accruals to Finance for admin-related expenses.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
High degree of familiarity with IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong command of oral and written Business English, with clear and effective communication.
Experience Required
3-5 years in an administrative role in a similar large corporation.
Administration: 2 years (required).
Receptionist: 1 year (required).
