Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security procedures.
Monitor and order office supplies when necessary.
Provide information and assistance to clients, staff, and vendors as required
.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sachin, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
