Job Description

Sujuki Lifts India is seeking a talented smart female office assistant to work from office. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day office activities in our systems in accordance with industry standards. This role requires a technical background, including with MS office and should have knowledge of printer troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:



Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors. Filing, photocopying, and other general administrative tasks. Managing schedules and ensuring a tidy office environment. Assisting with data entry and document preparation.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). A pleasing and professional personality.
