Customer Focus and Service Oriented Able to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Receive incoming telephone calls and direct it to the appropriate person Provide answers to public inquiry or customer inquiry Perform data entry, filing and other clerical duties Arrange for courier services and mailing Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times. Providing general information to visitors. Promptly report to Telecom/Broadband of any breakdowns affecting telephone/internet lines. Ensure that all the main doors and windows (general areas) of the offices are duly locked. A good team player
