We are looking for our immigration office in Receptionist cum HrFront Desk Officer profile who can handle Client Service Representative, and Office Coordinator.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, facilitating effective communication.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized, reflecting the company's professionalism.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and and attendance management.
Freshers with internship experience or up to 4 years of experience in HR are welcome to apply.
