Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Greet and assist patients courteously.
Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain patient records and ensure excellent service delivery.
2. Appointment Management
Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments based on patient preferences and availability.
Manage appointment logs efficiently.
3. Feedback Collection
Collect and document patient feedback to improve service quality.
4. Health Insurance Guidance
Recommend suitable health insurance options to patients based on their needs.
5. Diagnosis Assistance
Provide basic guidance and information regarding diagnoses and treatments (non-clinical).
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
Compensation
Salary:
?18,000 - ?22,000 in-hand (CTC up to ?24,000/month)
