Job Summary:



The Receptionist cum Front Desk Manager serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role combines front desk duties with administrative and managerial responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination of front office activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk Operations:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly. Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Administrative & Managerial Duties:



Supervise and coordinate front desk staff (if applicable). Oversee office supplies, stationery, and inventory management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Maintain employee attendance records and assist with HR-related tasks. Prepare daily/weekly reports and support management with administrative tasks. Implement and maintain front desk procedures and standards.

Customer Service:



Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees. Resolve inquiries or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment at all times.

Other Duties:



Support event planning and office coordination activities. Assist in onboarding new employees (issuing access cards, ID badges, etc.). Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in front desk, receptionist, or office administration roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
