Attending phone calls and diverting to the relevant departments and people with very less holding time.
Maintaining strict confidentiality in dealing with all the official, management and personal issues.
Sorting and distributing incoming mails and processing outgoing emails.
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy all the time with maintaining records on daily basis.
Using Microsoft office for daily work and keeping records of work.
Providing clerical and technical support to other departments as requested.
