Key Responsibilities

Greet patients/visitors warmly and guide them appropriately Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments courteously Register patients and update records accurately Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth workflow Handle basic billing, receipts, and documentation (if required) Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules Ensure confidentiality of patient and organizational information
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum:

12th pass / Any Graduate preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist/front office executive is an advantage Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Hospital Software) Friendly personality with a professional attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
