Greet patients, attendants, and visitors politely and professionally
Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries
Maintain patient records and update demographic details
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and coordinate with departments
Guide patients regarding services, therapy schedules, and procedures
Billing & Documentation:
Prepare patient bills for rehabilitation services (physiotherapy, nursing care, room charges, etc.)
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Generate receipts and maintain daily billing records
Coordinate with insurance/TPA (if applicable)
Ensure proper documentation for admissions, discharges, and follow-ups
Coordination & Administration:
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and therapists
Maintain appointment schedules and therapy slots
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Assist management with reports and daily summaries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Intermediate (preferred)
Experience in hospital / rehab center front office or billing preferred
Knowledge of basic billing software or hospital management systems
Good communication skills (local language & basic English)
Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Polite, patient-friendly, and well-organized
Experience:
Experience preferred; freshers can also apply

As per rehabilitation center working hours / shifts
