We are looking for a well-organized, presentable, and proactive
Receptionist cum Backend Executive
to manage front desk operations while also supporting backend administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, or clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth entry/exit protocols.
Assist in maintaining company records, files, and documentation.
Support management in day-to-day backend operations.
Handle data entry, MS Office work, and updating databases.
Coordinate courier/dispatch and inward/outward mail management.
Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
Manage front office cleanliness and maintain a professional reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Pleasant personality, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
