Job Responsibilities:



Front Desk & Reception Duties



Manage front desk operations with a professional and welcoming attitude. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls effectively. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Back Office & Administrative Support



Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff. Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation work. Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic office communication. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations. Provide overall administrative support as required.

Key Requirements:



Any Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations. Presentable, confident, and polite in dealing with visitors and calls. Ability to multitask and handle front office and admin duties efficiently.
