Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and route them to concerned departments.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Manage reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and documentation when required.
Support HR and operations departments with routine administrative tasks.
Office Coordination
Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, courier, maintenance, stationery, etc.).
Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain employee attendance records (if required).
Ensure compliance with office safety and facility standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette, and customer-service mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle work professionally.
