Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Manage admission forms, student records, and documentation
Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating with trainers
Maintain office filing system and correspondence
Support administrative and day-to-day office operations
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior experience in front desk/admin work will be an advantage
