Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner.
Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
2. Administrative Support
Handle filing and documentation of staff applications and HR-related documents.
Prepare and issue staff ID cards.
Store and manage complete employee data (soft and hard copies).
Maintain updated records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR data.
Assist in onboarding new employees by providing them with necessary documentation and information.
3. Coordination and Record Keeping
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job roles, and department assignment.
Distribute workers' details to respective departments or sectors
4. General Office Support
Support the HR/Admin team in daily operations.
Provide assistance during office events or staff gatherings.
Handle courier and mail services.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Shift Timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
