S2M Health seeking a well-organized and presentable Receptionist cum Admin to manage our front desk and support various administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Manage front desk cleanliness and appearance.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
Support the HR/admin team in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate facility maintenance and repair schedules.
Manage office housekeeping and pantry services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a pleasant .
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Desirable Attributes:
Multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
Punctual and reliable.
Experience in handling administrative support in a corporate setting is a plus.
