We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional who can manage front-office reception duties while also supporting our Admin activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails; route them to the right departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth office administration.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Pre-Sales Support:
Manage front-office operations, reception duties, and visitor coordination.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Prepare, organize, and maintain important company records and files.
Assist in drafting official letters, circulars, and reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and leave records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
2-7 years of experience in reception, customer service (real estate preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & regional language.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email etiquette.
Customer-oriented, presentable, and proactive.
