Hiring a Receptionist cum admin
Front Office & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome guests; direct them to the right people.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle security, like visitor logs and issuing badges.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Administrative & Clerical Duties
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff/executives.
Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and general record-keeping.
Order, track, and manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Support HR tasks (attendance, gate passes, training coordination).
Support & Coordination
Provide information about products/services.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Skills Needed
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and general office equipment.
Proactive, resourceful, and professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
